Ingredients required

250 gms paneer, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp oil, 11 tsp cumin seeds, 3-4 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, 2-3 dried Kashmiri red chilli, 1 pinch asafoetida, 1 bay leaf, 1 onion, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 green chillies, 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp gram flour, 1 cup water, salt to taste, 2 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp fresh cream, 2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves, and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.

Step 1

Heat oil and butter in a pan. To this add cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, red chilli, and asafoetida. Cook for 20 seconds.

Now, add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.

Add chopped onion, green chilli, and spices. Cook until oil leaves the side of the pan.

Add gram flour and saute until it changes colour.

Now, add paneer and curd. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt and cook for 2 minutes. Next, add cream and mix well.

Garnish with fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves. Enjoy with ajwain paratha.
